Step 1.

Step 2. Complete free discovery call.

 This is a brief call (up to 15 minutes) to establish whether it is suitable to book an initial consultation based on what you are looking for and what Inner Motion Therapy can offer.

Step 3. Welcome Pack

If we decide it would be suitable to book an initial consultation, you will receive a welcome pack, once you have read and agreed with the terms we can then get you booked in.

Step 4.  Initial Consultation

We will aim to understand your presenting problem(s) in more detail using a Cognitive Behavioural Perspective. This can take 1-2 sessions depending on how much there is to cover. 

If we think you are likely to benefit from the therapy I offer, then we can decide together whether to go ahead. 

If we think you are unlikely to benefit from the therapy I offer, I will aim to provide you with alternative recommendations.

Step 5. Commence Therapy
