Diagnosis is not necessary to access Inner Motion Therapy.
Although some people find comfort or relief in being able to give a name to what they are experiencing, other people do not.
Either way, I am focused on helping you to understand your difficulties and overcome them using a CBT approach.
However, some individuals may suspect or have been told by a healthcare professional they are experiencing one (or more) of the following.

-Getting an impending sense of doom?
-Overwhelmed by stress?
-Feeling tense, on edge?
-Experiencing panic attacks? And fearful of when the next might be?
-Bothered by upsetting or traumatic memories of the past?
-Getting sudden and distressing memories of traumatic life events? Can’t seem to get control over them?
-Overthinking and dwelling?
-Struggling to let go of past mistakes or regrets?
-Can’t stop worrying?
-Feeling like you must be in control?
-Intrusive thoughts that you can’t get out of your head?
-Uncomfortable around people, fearful of how you are being perceived or judged?
-Or maybe you find it difficult to trust people?
-Find it hard to say no? Taking on more than you can cope with?
-Struggling to open up to people?
-Always assuming the worst will happen?
-Hypervigilant to potential danger?
-Repeating patterns of behaviour that, really, you know aren’t helpful but finding it hard to change?
-Avoiding people, objects, or places? Your world is shrinking?
-Struggling with how you look?
