Here at Inner Motion Therapy my therapeutic approach is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

This is a type of talking therapy focusing on how difficulties are maintained in the here and now by looking at the relationship between thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and behaviour

CBT is an evidence based therapy recommended by the National Institute of Care Excellence (NICE) for a range of mental health difficulties

The process is very transparent, and you remain in control of what is happening throughout

Delivered one to one by online video call or phone

CBT is all about teamwork between therapist and client. You are required to be an active participant, it is often said that the more you put in, the more you will get out of it. 

Sessions are tailored to each person and their unique set of circumstances.
